Do asians actually believed that native americans are related to them?
white ppl has been saying that amerindians are related to asians but the facts are not true

as I have talked to japanese people. they don't even want to relate to the native americans. they proud that they have their a beautiful culture, and their Continent is close to europe, and had a history impacted on europe, many look down on native american the same they feel about islander and black people that wear a hay and leafs, living in a forest ( no offense to black and native american) I just say what japanese guy said. he get offended, by one american movie took japanese people to play the role of native american. he even said asian got fairer skin than native american and have civilized culture than the native american.
Mad dash : even the pic of the native you show, she looks like eurasian to me. ( notice the nasal is high) and face is narrow?
I wouldn't find these people look like chinese.

edit- to Mad Dash user : its like non-caucasian say european and middle eastern are look the same? we european don't look arab, but some east asian and black say we look like arab with lighter complexion and eyes? why is that?
according to you mention about slanty eyes of native americans look asian? I find slant eyes in every races, black, asian and even caucasian can have slant eyes.

- first of all.. most people arent sciene oriented. most people read gossip celebrity mags and not science publications.
Most people dont even have IQ's high enough to grasp genetic science. So most people DONT know science and CANT know because their IQ's are too low. So it doesnt matter what PEOPLE think. It only matters what SCIENTISTS think... and
1) native americans did not originate in the americas according to many scientists.
2) I seem to recall reading genetic study that claimed that native south americans all descended from one group of asians. But..... despite my IQ... i was unable to grasp the science of the article and I was not sure if I understood it correctly.... as I studied chemistry in college not genetics. So dont quote me on this one. But research it yourself.
It doesnt matter what asians think. It only matters what scientists think.
An asian working in a chinese factory doesnt necessarily have a degree in genetics or other human related fields and thus their view is invalid.
I dont know what asian scholars think.
My fiancee is japanese and I had read an article that said that ancient peruvians shared a similar ancient fairytale figure with ancient chinese and they shared a similar style cooking pot. The point of the article was that peruvians traced their origins to somewhere around china in theory (or something like that). 5 months ago, I asked my girlfriend if she thinks native americans are related to asians and she said "possibly. I dont know." So at least she is open to the possibility (asians are very opened minded to science but they might not KNOW science).
But you dont really NEED an degree in science. all you need is your eyes.

Notice that native americans and certain asians are similar in height? Kinda shorter? And their hair is straight black? Asian.

Their diet was different over the centuries and their environment is different so they evolved differences from their asian counterparts and due to isolation they stayed tribal longer than other asians. Their ancestors a long time ago came from Asia through the Alaskan land bridge, probably following herd migrations. There was no native Human species on the American continent until then. They were the first settlers. They kept features common to all the Asian people, like more or less slanted eyes but developed as well their own physical characteristics. If you look at someone from the Andes or from one of the US tribes you will see differences. - Not all Native Americans look alike, in in the same tribes. Some have light complexions, some dark.
Some have eyes that are slant up, some down. They my look a little like East Asians, because they are of the same race, human. - We are not Asian, we are indigenous. Asians do not claim that we are there relatives, except maybe Mr. Gua. Americans make this claim.
